Job Description:

Serve as one of our subject matter experts providing support for users of the TopBuild Field Sales Lead App program.  Work cross-functionally with Sales, Operations and Field Support associates across all TopBuild divisions, driving usage of the Lead App.

Areas of Focus:

  • Encourage usage by providing support and troubleshooting to users
  • Support Field user training and continuous feedback loop
  • Assist internal team with the execution of system changes

Primary functions:

Provide support and troubleshooting assistance to users

  • Assign video training to new users
  • Conduct user training at all levels of the organization
  • Serve as primary tier 2 support for troubleshooting with users
  • Assist users in customizing the UI to fit individual user needs and work processes

Maintain ongoing communication with Field users to create ongoing feedback loop

  • Gather requirements from users during support calls and record feedback for future development
  • Close the communication with these users as new features are released

Accurately translate change requests made by users to JIRA technical tickets and execute

  • Assist users in determining what changes are required to accomplish the experience they require
  • With knowledge of how the system works, guide users to the correct setup to meet their needs
  • Document the system changes required in the form of JIRA tickets for execution
  • Execute tickets in Creatio as required

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years’ experience providing Tier 1 & 2 support to internal users for a custom business application via MS Teams or other screen-sharing application
  • Balanced comfort with Sales, Technical and business subjects and initiatives
  • Familiarity with cloud data environments, SaaS platforms
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability and willingness to think and plan strategically while executing in a highly tactical manner

Logistical Details:

  • Depending on location - Remote or FSC - 3 days/week, 2 days/work from home
  • 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm EST
  • Minimal travel required
