Key Responsibilities:

· Increase awareness of the range of products and services to potential and existing customer groups.

· Train all engineers/staff to the required standard, sign off staff as per company policy and develop individual training plans for all employees.

· Aid with developing internal and external process that will deliver a world class service to our customers.

· Conduct site audits that confirm the quality of our engineers work to our customers.

· Be the Subject Matter Expert for all lifting equipment requirements for the business.

· Aid engineers on site when needed.

· Provide relief cover for engineering staff as needed.

· Working both on and off site

· Relay engineer and customer feedback to management.

· Be punctual, diligent, and courteous representative for the company.

· Attend company training where needed.
