Job Summary:

Manager, Partnership Programs is responsible for growing and maintaining TouchNet partnerships to enhance the company’s offerings in higher education. This role focuses on strategizing and leveraging partnerships to drive mutual channel benefits.Responsibilities include managing existing relationships, identifying collaboration opportunities, and securing new partnerships. The Manager, Partnership Programs monitors partnership performance, adapts strategies, and acts as a liaison between partners and internal teams to ensure project success. This role involves business development efforts, and researching new strategic opportunities. The Manager, Partnership Programs overseeing the development and execution of TouchNet’s partner relationship management (PRM) solution, This role plays a critical part in growing the TouchNet partner ecosystem, increasing partner satisfaction, and enhancing partner performance to achieve business objectives. 

Key Responsibilities:

Partner Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key partners, fostering strong, long-lasting relationships.

  • Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with partners to ensure alignment on goals and expectations.

  • Manage partner feedback and address concerns to continuously improve partner satisfaction.

Go-To-Market Strategy (GTM)

  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to develop and execute effective GTM strategies for partner-driven solutions.

  • Create compelling messaging, positioning, and value propositions that align with partner needs and market trends.

  • Support the launch of new products and solutions, coordinating with partners to ensure successful implementation and adoption.

PRM Strategy and Program Development:

  • Develop, Enhance and implement PRM strategies to enhance partner engagement and satisfaction.

  • Lead the design, deployment, and management of PRM initiatives to support partner enablement, onboarding, and development.

  • Identify areas for improvement within the PRM system to optimize partner experience.

Marketing and Communications:

  • Create and execute marketing campaigns targeted at partners to drive engagement and program participation.

  • Develop marketing materials, including newsletters, emails, and web content, to communicate program updates and benefits to partners.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align partner marketing initiatives with broader organizational goals.

Performance Tracking and Reporting:

  • Monitor and analyze partner performance metrics, providing insights to optimize program effectiveness.

  • Prepare regular reports on partner engagement, satisfaction, and program ROI for senior leadership.

  • Utilize PRM (Impartner) and CRM system ( Salesforce) to track partner interactions and program outcomes.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with implementation, sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and effective partner support.

  • Collaborate with the Salesforce administrators team to manage and enhance PRM systems and tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in partner management, channel marketing, project management or a similar role.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Knowledge of B2B marketing principles and strategies.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.

  • Familiarity with PRM tools such as Impartner, Zift Solutions, or Allbound.

  • Experience in the Higher Education industry and Payments is a plus.

  • Certification in project management or marketing (e.g., PMP, CIM) is a plus.
