Minute Media is looking for a Programmatic Sales Manager to join our growing team. The primary responsibility of this role is to meet and exceed revenue targets while focusing on driving profitable growth.

This position will report into our VP of Programmatic Sales and will work hybrid from our NYC office.

  • Drive premium programmatic advertising revenue growth across all direct (PMP/PG) transaction types.
  • Responsible for managing an assigned media agency and client accounts, exceeding targets, and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • This individual will thrive in a collaborative environment and build valuable relationships across internal groups including direct sales, marketing, data solutions, research and audience insights, ad operations, pricing, etc.
  • Stay ahead of the curve on programmatic trends, technologies, and best practices, sharing expertise internally and externally.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in sales strategy, planning, and revenue forecasting.
  • Collaborate with the direct sales team to create and close successful hybrid (sponsorship and programmatic) deals.

The expected salary range for this position is between $100,000 and $140,000. Actual pay will be determined based on skills, experience, and location.This position is also eligible for performance-based compensation. The benefits available for this position include flexible vacation policy, 15 paid holidays, paid parental leave, health insurance, 401(k) with company match.


Requirements

  • 3+ years of digital media experience with at least 2 years of direct experience in the programmatic media ecosystem (Publisher, Programmatic Buyer, AdTech (DSP, SSP, etc.)
  • Self-motivated with a willingness and comfort working in an agile environment
  • Desire to be a subject matter expert within the organization, with the opportunity to help shape Minute Media premium programmatic sales strategy for the future.
  • Results-oriented and analytical, with strong problem-solving skills and a focus on building relationships
