Main responsibilities / functions
As a Business Sales Manager, you will perform the following activities and responsibilities:
• Manage Customers relationship and escalations (2nd point of escalation)
• Day to day direct reports management
• Guide teams to deliver quota
• Own and drive Portfolio Review Weekly Meeting (Internal)
• Resource management
• Provide performance reviews, training guidance
• Make hiring decisions
• Strong partnership and communication with support towers (Ops, Finance)
• Strong partnership and communication stakeholders.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
• 10+ years of experience in IT industry sales roles
• Prior experience managing a team of 3+ direct reports including 1:1's, performance reviews and other people management activities
• Ability to prioritize and use business etiquette to ensure communication and support are set up for internal teams and clients
• Undergraduate degree in relevant field or MBA or equivalent work experience
• Comprehensive understanding web technologies landscape and industry standards
• Excellent prioritization and time management skills, with the ability to work across a number of major projects simultaneously.
• Excellent customer focus, able to build open and trusted client relationships.
• Awareness of the NetSuite eco-system and a sound understanding of how ERP implementations processes work.
