Join State Fund’s Legal Administration Team as a Program Administrative Analyst! Under the general supervision of the Staff Services Manager II, you will be supporting the Legal Program with a variety of Legal Administration functions.


This position may be filled in Redding, Pleasanton, Sacramento, San Francisco, Stockton, Salinas, San Jose, Fresno, Bakersfield, Glendale, Santa Ana, Oxnard, San Luis Obispo, Riverside, San Diego, CA.


As a successful candidate, you should:

  • Provide quality customer service in a timely manner
  • Provide support to Legal Management
  • Coordinate Travel and process expenses
  • Work cooperatively with Assistant Chief Counsels on various projects and initiatives
  • Assist with data management, retrieval, and analysis
  • Provide support on the hiring process
  • Assist with budget planning
  • Process licensing payments with the California State Bar and other misc. vendors.
  • Coordinate various Conferences and Trainings for Attorneys and Support Staff


Desired Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Legal systems, workflows, processes and procedures
  • Highly proficient in Word, Excel, Power Point, Share Point, Adobe Acrobat Pro X, Visio, Oracle IP Preparer, Microsoft TEAMS, Outlook, CARE and Team Connect
  • Proficient knowledge and demonstrated ability in the use of Excel Formulas for Data Analysis, Conditional Formatting/Removing Duplicate Data, Macros, Pivot Tables/Charts, Utilizing/Creating Slicers for reports, creating Dashboards for data visualization
  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of management
  • Demonstrated ability to use good judgment and make sound decisions in stressful or sensitive situations while being firm, diplomatic, and tactful
  • Demonstrated ability to handle a heavy workload that is time-sensitive in nature
  • Ability to coordinate, facilitate and make presentations
  • Ability to travel
