On behalf of our customer – an international Pharmaceutical Company - we are recruiting a Key Account Manager.
We are looking for both experienced Key Account Managers and those who want to take a step into the pharmaceutical industry from, for example, the pharmacy world.
Initially you will be employed by Brice Group, with the intention of transferring to the Pharmaceutical Company.
District: From Stockholm and north. Ideally living in the Stockholm or Uppsala area.
THE ROLE
As a Key Account Manager you will be responsible for driving sales and achieving activity goals for specific pharmaceutical products, focusing on targeted customers in the assigned sector.
RESPONSIBILITIES
-Drive sales by engaging effectively with customers through customer-centric projects and patient-focused scientific selling strategies, aimed at achieving optimal outcomes.
-Proficient in using appropriate multi-channel selling platforms aligned to customer preferences.
-Regular measure sales call performance and pro-actively seek feedback to continuously improve and develop selling skills.
-Continuously monitor the business environment in the district (customers, competitors, others) and respond appropriately.
-Engage with key customers through organization of regional and national events.
-Accountable for actively contributing into the cross-functional team activities.
-Ability to work independently, drive the best outcome for patients and key accounts while working under high pressure.
-Have a growth mindset both in terms of personal development and when it comes to seeing opportunities in the running of and participation in new projects.
-Actively contribute to the maximization of sales development by supporting the brand and disease awareness among key stakeholders.
-Continuously drive growth by smart innovative and competitive solutions to be ahead of disease.
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
-University degree (Bachelor or Master level) in relevant field (Science, Medical or Commercial).
-Authorized Sales Representative (LIF).
COMPETENCE REQUIREMENT AND ABILITIES
-3-5 years of sales experience from pharma industry or pharmacy sales.
-Skilled in discussing scientific and medical data with external and internal stakeholders.
-Experience in project management and business context understanding.
-Ability to prioritize and coordinate several areas of own work under management supervision to meet relevant goals.
-Professional proficiency in reading and writing in both Swedish and English.
-Results oriented and Entrepreneurial, “can do” attitude.
