Job description

GoTeam is currently in search of a talented HubSpot Expert to join our team. This role requires 3-5 years of experience in implementing, maintaining, and optimizing HubSpot across Marketing, Sales, and Service Hub. If you have a strong understanding of HubSpot's features and capabilities, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with online training tools such as Zoom and Google Meet, we encourage you to apply. This is for a work-from-home set-up, following an Australian Shift


Responsibilities:

  • Implementing and configuring HubSpot for new clients, ensuring seamless integration with their existing systems
  • Optimizing HubSpot usage across Marketing, Sales, and Service Hub to drive client success
  • Developing and executing strategies for clients to utilize HubSpot effectively to meet their business objectives
  • Conducting online training sessions via Zoom and Google Meet to educate clients on HubSpot features and best practices
  • Providing ongoing support and troubleshooting to ensure clients are fully utilizing HubSpot's capabilities
  • Developing training materials and documentation to support client learning and adoption
  • Working closely with clients to understand their business goals and provide strategic guidance on leveraging HubSpot to achieve these goals
  • Analyzing client data to provide insights and recommendations for improving HubSpot utilization and performance
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure cohesive and integrated solutions for clients
  • Communicating effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to manage expectations and deliver results


Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in implementing, maintaining, and optimizing HubSpot across Marketing, Sales, and Service Hub
  • Strong understanding of HubSpot's features and capabilities, with a proven track record of successful implementations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with online training tools such as Zoom and Google Meet
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making and strategy
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with other marketing automation tools and CRM platforms
  • Background in digital marketing, sales operations, or customer service
  • HubSpot certification(s) in Marketing, Sales, and Service Hub
