How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

The Sales and Business development team provides administrative support to the commercial activity and/or to the customers/patients, like contract management, customer organizations' interfaces, payors' interfaces (States or Private Insurance).

Air Liquide Electronics is looking for a Customer Service Sales Associate to join our team of highly experienced individuals.  This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our customer sales processes, maintaining data accuracy, and providing valuable insights to drive sales performance.

The Customer Service Sales Associate will supply support to the commercial team and customers as needed:

  • Enter customer orders for gases and chemicals (via Oracle R12) in a timely accurate manner. Respond to customer inquiries regarding an existing order in a timely manner.

  • Interface with suppliers to ensure that deliveries are on time, correct inventory levels are maintained, and non-conforming material is returned in a timely manner.

  • Respond to all internal/external customer inquiries in a timely manner.

  • Maintain customer account files as outlined in company retention policy.

  • Maintain customer account and pricing information in Oracle R12 and/or SalesForce.com for appropriate accounts assigned to areas of responsibility.

  • Create & Maintain Standard Operating Procedures for applicable Sales Associate duty.

  • Provide reports to sales managers and sales representatives when requested and applicable.

  • Implement & maintain price increase plans in accordance with customer contract terms corporate guidelines in Oracle R12.

  • Assist Account Manager in the processing of new customer/bulk installation set-up in Oracle R12 and take appropriate action to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and pricing guidelines. where applicable.

  • Research and resolve customer pricing/invoicing inquiries.

  • Interface with customers to resolve issues including those with special orders and non-delivered orders. Ensure that all customer "stock-out" situations are communicated in a timely manner.

  • Provide feedback to Account Managers and shipping sites when actual usage varies significantly from forecast and/or historical usage.

  • Elevate all critical inventory shortage situations to all parties affected and the appropriate levels of management.

  • Review unbilled shipping order reports to confirm timely billing & proper cash management.

  • Input & Maintain Sales Associate Protocol in SalesForce.com or Air Liquide approved SOP repository.

Are you a MATCH?

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED required.

  • 2+ years of experience in a sales support or customer service role.

  • Ability to identify and analyze situations when customer forecast does not equal actual usage.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels in an organization.

  • Ability to effectively utilize MS Word, Excel and Google.

  • Ability to work in a team environment.

  • Ability to perform light physical work, such as filing.

  • Ability and willingness to work extra hours if necessary in order to achieve customer satisfaction.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree preferred.

  • Familiarity with Standard Operating Procedures and ability to interpret customer contract information is preferred.

  • Knowledge of Oracle applications and Salesforce.com is preferred

The salary rate range for this position in Texas is $55,000-$60,000
