At 3P Learning, we’re all about supporting educators and students worldwide through simple and powerful EdTech tools. In this role, you’ll be an essential part of our Customer Support team, assisting schools with the onboarding process for our popular programs like Mathletics, Reading Eggs, and more.

 

As our Customer Support Assistant, you will assist schools and teachers by uploading student information into our platform, ensuring all data is accurately entered, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise in the process. You’ll be responsible for upholding strict privacy standards to ensure that all student data is handled securely and confidentially.

 

This is a short-term, casual role perfect for someone who is detail-oriented with a knack for problem-solving, and has a solid understanding of Excel. The position requires availability from January 13, 2025, to March 7, 2025, during our core hours of 8:30 am – 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday.


What you’ll be doing:


As our Customer Support Assistant, you will support with:

 

  • Assisting schools and teachers with uploading student data onto our platform
  • Working with Excel spreadsheets to organise and manage data
  • Investigating and resolve data discrepancies or upload errors
  • Ensuring a high level of data accuracy and integrity in all entries
  • Safeguarding student privacy by always adhering to data protection protocols
  • Providing responsive support to educators throughout the process via email


What you’ll bring with you:


  • Proficiency in Excel – must be able to navigate spreadsheets, perform data entry, and conduct basic troubleshooting
  • Attention to Detail – accuracy is critical in this role
