Company

This client is one of the largest blockchain development companies in the world building out household name applications across finance, DeFi, NFT’s and general Blockchain SaaS solutions. Most of their employees operate fully remotely and we are looking for staff across a number of disciplines with this top tier client.

Responsibilities

Help establish the company's web3 partnership strategy and plan out its execution
Understand, define, and adjust the company's value proposition for both markets and users, as well as ecosystem partners
Network and grow our pipeline on contacts that fit inside the narrative
Identify hidden gems that we can partner with to cover the full spectrum of pillars that will make up
Establish business critical partnership that will form the stack
Take ownership of post-partnership execution and partner success
Work with our existing partners and investors to grow our network
Collaborate closely with colleagues across product, operations, and marketing to ensure we are working effectively with our partners

Requirements

You have 3+ years of partnership management experience in a web3/DeFi/NFT startup
You have deep awareness of Ethereum, dapps, DeFi & NFT ecosystems
You have extensive contacts in the space
You have a business and growth mindset, and know how to create win-win scenarios for all parties
You live and use crypto and dapps, not just sell them
You are simply great to be around

Potential Skills

You are a self-starter, and you take pride in your integrity and work ethic
You are a skilled communicator, able to convey complex concepts to different audiences
You have a strong network and can leverage it to help build the
stack
You have a passion for changing the world for the better
You have worked in startups before, and you are comfortable with ambiguity and remote work
