Technical Customer Support Coordinator and join our Managed Equipment Services (MES) team! You'll be part of a dynamic group supporting critical imaging technology across multiple hospital sites in Manchester, ensuring equipment reliability and patient safety.

Your role:
- Helpdesk Coordination: Manage first-line technical support calls at the helpdesk, offering immediate assistance to healthcare staff.
- Data Management: Maintain and update our Siemens Asset Database (EAM) to ensure accurate equipment records.
- Support Rotations: Participate in a structured support rota, providing technical help desk coverage as needed.
- Equipment Inventory & Audits: Assist with annual inventory and audits for medical imaging equipment, contributing to both internal and external audit processes.
- Documentation & Training: Organize technical service manuals and attend relevant training sessions, meetings, and conferences to stay updated on MES-related advancements.
- Safety & Compliance: Support the evaluation of safety bulletins and clinical incidents related to medical equipment, assisting in risk assessment and response.
- Equipment Trials: When needed, help evaluate and trial new equipment, managing the indemnity process to ensure safe and compliant use.
- Process Improvement: Engage in LEAN initiatives to enhance service efficiency and streamline processes.
Your expertise:
- Technical Expertise: Qualifications and experience in radiology equipment operation or maintenance.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members at all levels.
- Organizational Skills: Experience working in a fast-paced office setting with high attention to detail.
- Tech-Savviness: Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using specialized service management software.
- Cultural Awareness: Ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team and customer base
