About the Role:
Are you a proactive, detail-oriented professional fluent in French and English, eager to enhance the efficiency of a dynamic sales team? As our Sales Support Administrator, you will ensure seamless execution of the entire sales process, managing the lifecycle of sales orders and renewals from intake through final processing. In this role, you’ll be responsible for accurate data entry in Salesforce and maintaining the integrity of sales and ACV reporting. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, and Legal teams to guarantee the timely, compliant processing of contracts, purchase orders, and related documentation.

While the preferred location for this role is near our Bethesda, MD or Canton, OH offices, we welcome applicants based within the Eastern time zone. 

What You'll Do
  • Sales Order Management: Take ownership of the order process by reviewing and processing sales orders in Salesforce, managing client records, and working closely with Finance and Legal teams to uphold company standards.
  • Sales Team Support: Provide essential support to the sales team, including preparing and updating sales orders, assisting with renewals, and supporting French-speaking clients.
  • Project Assistance: Drive data clean-up, process improvements, and contribute to system integration initiatives.

  • What Makes You A Great Fit
  • Education & Experience: Associate degree or equivalent, 1-3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or account management.
  • Skills: Proficiency in French and English, expertise in MS Office, and a proactive mindset with strong organizational and detail-focused skills. Salesforce or similar CRM experience preferred.
  • Work Hours: Ability to work 6 AM to 3 PM Eastern Time, accommodating European customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Pay Transparency:
    The anticipated salary range for this position is $44,000-$60,000 per year. The final offer will depend on several factors, including the successful candidate’s skills, depth of work experience, location, and relevant licenses/ qualifications. Each offer is determined based on individual strengths and relevant business considerations.

    In addition to the base salary, certain roles may qualify for a performance-based incentive and/or equity, with eligibility depending on the position. These rewards are based on a combination of company performance and individual achievements.
