Location: North West - Remote position

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Support Administrator for a 12-month contract to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to our sales department, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. What You Can Expect:

  • Work closely with customer service, pricing, and sales teams to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Generate accurate and timely customer quotations.
  • Ensure all quotations meet company standards and customer requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of all pricing changes and ensure seamless integration into the sales process.
  • Manage customer inquiries and issues related to incorrect purchase orders (POs) via email.
  • Utilise Microsoft Word and Excel to create documents, spreadsheets, and reports.
