The Opportunity
The DX Sales GTM team drives sustainable and repeatable performance of the Digital Experience (DX) business in the EMEA region. For this opportunity the role is to ensure success of the Data & Journeys portfolio with specific focus on Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and associated Apps in Germany and beyond.

What you’ll do

Be accountable for performance, grwoth and health of the business. It includes ensuring achievements against defined goals covering the entire customer lifecycle (Pipeline generation, Pipeline progress, Deal closing, Customer value realization, renewal/upsell)

  • Tailor the EMEA GTM Plan to the specific needs of the region
  • Coordinate the execution of GTM strategies across the various teams (Sales and supporting functions like Partner Management, Marketing, …)
  • Proactively supervise the overall performance and report it to Central European, EMEA and Corp Leaders
  • Represent Data & Journeys as the voice of region to corporate product teams.
  • Detect the barrier to performance and drive remediation where needed
  • Animate the local community of sellers to amplify pollination of standard methodologies internally.
  • Contribute as a though leader to external audiences during events and on Social Media
  • Drive on key deals, support marketing activities and address partners/influencers to lean towards the Adobe Digital Experience business through data and journey applications.


What you need to succeed

  • Confirmed experience in running a Tech Business (P&L responsibilities seen as a plus)
  • Proven Enterprise Platform Sales track record acquired in Medium-sized to Large-size organizations
  • Sales Management with proven track record of running teams by influencing large matrix-type organizations
  • Domain knowledge in the world of data (Analytics, Personalization, Audiences, Profiles) in context of both media activation and journey management.
  • Functionally, would know the main use cases, related to business cases and buying persona
  • Knowledge on the Adobe portfolio related to Data & Journeys through AEP is a plus

  • Be a hard-working enabler and coach for individuals and teams
  • Be a role model for business-value centric Enterprise Sales with ability to build customer value for Business and IT persona
  • Be an accountable and results-driven leader with strong emotional intelligence and developed situational flexibility (awareness and action)
  • Be an entrepreneurial/strategic thinker crafting scalable GTM programs and plans (resources, activities, risk assessment)
  • Seek continuous learning and gives/seeks feedback to improve own and others performance.
  • Validated experience across multiple industries: Financial Services, Retail/CPG, Travel and Hospitality, Media and Entertainment, Automotive, B2B Manufacturing
  • fluent in german is mandatory


It would be a plus to have existing good connection into the Adobe Product teams and/or its wider eco-system of Business partners.
