Job Description

As a Lead Generator for this groundbreaking event, you’ll be at the forefront of connecting with potential sponsors from some of the most exciting and innovative companies in the world. Your role will be crucial in expanding our network of partners across various tech-forward industries. You’ll conduct in-depth research to identify and qualify potential sponsors, building a robust database of leads that will drive the event’s growth and success. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain insights into emerging technologies while honing your research and data management skills.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct extensive online research to identify potential sponsors in tech, longevity, health, food, energy, and space travel sectors
  • Build and maintain a comprehensive lead database using Monday.com CRM
  • Identify key decision-makers within target companies, focusing on marketing departments
  • Gather and organize contact information, including email addresses and job titles
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure high-quality prospects
  • Expand the sponsor pool by identifying relevant companies and VC-backed startups
  • Generate daily reports on lead generation progress and database growth
  • Collaborate with the sponsorship team to refine lead qualification strategies


Requirements
  • Proven experience in lead generation or similar research-intensive roles
  • Strong proficiency in CRM systems, particularly Monday.com
  • Excellent internet research skills and ability to navigate various online platforms
  • Familiarity with lead generation tools like Apollo
  • Sharp attention to detail and robust data management capabilities
  • Basic understanding of B2B sales processes
  • Ability to work independently and meet daily targets (minimum 50 qualified leads)
  • Passion for emerging technologies and sustainability concepts
  • Adaptability to evolve research strategies based on team feedback
