Technical Product Manager- Hybrid / Remote

The HERE NDS (Navigation Database Standard) Technologies team is looking for a Technical Product Manager to grow our map compilation product that creates the most comprehensive high-definition live map in the market, intended to support precise navigation for self-driving cars.

Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders, understand priorities and translate them into priorities for the technical team. 
• Collect high-level business requirements from Product Management in a collaborative manner                
• Create an execution plan that balances priorities, cost, schedule, and tradeoffs, in collaboration with the Product Manager.
• Identify and escalate risk and issues
• Work with team to deliver a product that is stable, scalable, reliable, performant            
• Work with the team to operate the production product.  
• Work with stakeholders to gather inputs for the technical roadmap aligned with growth strategies. 

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science/ Information Systems or equivalent.
• 5+ years of Technical Product Management experience.
• Good understanding of technical systems and architecture 
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to achieve goals set and projects on tight deadlines
• Prior experience working in an Agile environment.  
• Strong customer focus and empathy
• Comfortable working independently and adaptable to changes in a dynamic environment
