Role Summary:

A Pompa Program Certified Health Coach leverages the highly effective and proven Pompa Program products and practices, as well as their professional training and experience, to guide and support individuals on their path to achieving improved health and well-being. A Pompa Program Certified Health Coach is responsible for tailoring health plans based on an assessment of each client’s unique needs and goals, offering compassionate and meaningful motivation to help them in their journey, and providing professional and encouraging accountability to keep them engaged and achieving success.

Responsibilities:

Health Coaching -

  • Provide a welcoming, compassionate, and efficient onboarding experience for new clients, ensuring the clients are positioned well to access the client portal and find important information.
  • Conduct client health assessments, to include lifestyle habits and overall health status, to help create practical and action-oriented wellness plans for clients.
  • Analyze targeted health assessments to address underlying root cause stressors and identify the causes of cellular inflammation and chronic illness.
  • Leverage knowledge of nutrition, exercise, stress management, and holistic health principles to guide clients in making sustainable lifestyle changes.
  • Educate clients on tailored Pompa protocols, including nutrition plans, targeted supplement protocols for specific conditions, and more.
  • Utilize Pompa Program principles and professional experience to set realistic health goals for clients, track their progress, and make plan adjustments during their journey.
  • Recommend personalized lifestyle changes that empower clients to achieve their health goals.
  • Educate clients on health-related topics, including the body's self-healing mechanisms, lifestyle impacts on health outcomes, and strategies for overcoming obstacles.
  • Stay current with ongoing health and wellness research, Dr. Pompa’s teachings, and emerging trends, integrating learnings into coaching sessions.
  • Maintain professional, confidential, and accurate client records, demonstrating a high level of detail and organizational skills.
  • Apply fear handling techniques provided in training to prevent client cancellations and encourage them to stay committed to their path to success.

Team Development -

  • Collaborate with team members to provide a holistic approach to client care, contributing to overall program strategy and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Certification in health coaching (e.g., IIN, NBHWC), or Bachelor's degree in a health-related field (e.g., nutrition, exercise science, public health), or comparable professional experience.
  • Experience as a health coach or in a similar role with demonstrated success in guiding clients to achieve long-term health and wellness goals.
  • Knowledge of holistic health and wellness principles, with the ability to apply them in a coaching environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build professional, trust-based relationships with clients.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities to adapt coaching strategies in response to individual client challenges and needs.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with peers and Pompa Program experts.
  • Proficient in the use of advanced virtual coaching tools and other technology platforms required to maintain client relationships and documentation.
  • Full-time availability, requiring 40 hours/week, with a commitment to professional growth and continued education.

Pompa Program Certified Health Coaches are an integral part of a collaborative and multidisciplinary team, where your contributions are supported through regular reviews and quality assurance processes designed to ensure the highest level of client care. Working closely with other professionals in the team, you will have ongoing opportunities for individual professional development, mentorship, and skill-building. This team-based structure not only promotes accountability and consistent performance standards but also fosters continuous learning, empowering you to refine your expertise and excel in your role.

Compensation:

As a full-time Certified Health Coach, your position is classified as Non-Exempt. Accordingly, your compensation plan includes a competitive base hourly rate, along with an attractive performance-based variable pay component that rewards your success in helping clients achieve their health and wellness goals. In addition, you will have access to our comprehensive benefits programs, ensuring that you are supported both professionally and personally as a valued member of our team.

The job will be a Mon-Fri full-time 40 hours but how those 8 hours look each day can vary, per your time zone and preference.
