JOB DESCRIPTION


In this role, you’ll work with investors and sellers to negotiate property deals, using your sales skills to secure the best terms and prices. Monday - Friday, 8:30AM - 5:00PM

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Negotiate property pricing and terms
  • Complete daily property evaluations
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals
  • Stay on track with daily KPIs
  • Work with a team who values your growth and success
  • If you don’t have a real estate license, we’ll help you get it and cover the education costs.

PAY STRUCTURE


Twelve weeks of paid training at $20.00 per hour plus any commissions earned. Upon completion of training, the base pay is changed to $14.60 per hour against commission. Our top reps earn anywhere between $5,000 and $12,000 each month in commissions. We’ll review the commission structure in detail during the interview process.
