The Technical Delivery Manager, Analytics is responsible for leading the successful delivery of analytics and business intelligence projects within the organization. They will use agile methodologies to manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and ongoing support. They will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders, to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage analytics projects using agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
• Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and roadmaps to track progress and dependencies
• Write, groom, and prioritize user stories in Jira or other project management tools
• Coordinate with all project team members, including data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders, to ensure seamless execution and on-time delivery
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and roadblocks that could impact project success
• Manage upward communications and status reporting to leadership, providing regular updates on project health, milestones, and key metrics
• Demonstrate strong technical background in delivering business intelligence and analytics implementations
• Foster a collaborative and transparent work environment to encourage cross-functional teamwork and knowledge sharing
• Continuously seek opportunities to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall quality of analytics deliverables

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on analytics, business intelligence, or data-driven initiatives
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex analytics projects using agile methodologies
• Proficient in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project
• Strong understanding of data architecture, data modeling, and business intelligence technologies (e.g., Quicksight, Power BI, Tableau, Qlik)
• Experience in Snowflake and Dbt is a plus
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business terms
• Demonstrated experience in managing upward communications and reporting to executive leadership
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; advanced degree preferred

Preferred Skills:

• Certified Scrum Master or Agile Project Management certification
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Familiarity with data engineering tools and techniques (e.g., Snowflake, Dbt, Glue)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
