The Past: Uberall was founded in 2013 by David Federhen and Florian Hübner, two longtime friends with a vision to improve customer experience across the online and offline worlds. They created a platform that connected companies with local customers in the digital-first moment.
The Present: We're on a mission to empower businesses to thrive locally, and believe every business deserves success, regardless of size or location. Simply put, our location marketing platform exists to help our customers get found online and connect with customers through search, discovery, engagement, and conversion.

The Engagement Services specialist at Uberall provides a great opportunity to grow your career and develop a wide array of skills. You will be playing a critical role in the ongoing management of our customers online presence, management of their social presence and online reputation. You will be the face and voice of our brands to their customers! We are looking for a qualified Engagement Services specialist to join our team. If you’re a perfectionist when it comes to words, experienced in social media engagement and reputation management, and talented with excel and powerpoint - we would like to meet you! Our ideal candidate has exceptional oral and written communication skills with previous social media experience. Someone who loves to help out customers and knows how to respond when they have a problem - and when to let a client know a customer is unhappy. You should be a ‘people person’ with great customer service skills and the ability to moderate online and offline conversations with our community.
Your responsibilities:Respond to large amounts of ratings and reviews across networks (Facebook, Google, Yelp) through the Uberall platformPublish content, direct messages, and replies on Facebook, Google, Instagram, YelpBe extremely detail-oriented and follow exact client guidelines for responding to reviews and flagging reviews for client escalation and follow-upHave excellent judgment on how to respond to customers on social media and reviews, and what to avoid responding to in order to protect the brand and avoid riskTailor reviews to make responses personal and customized based on the review or commentMeet personal/team targets and responding quotas while maintaining high accuracyPrepare monthly reports in Google Sheets and Slides by collecting and analyzing data, know how to interpret changes in data to summarize trends for the clientCompile ad hoc client reporting requests to support the sales teamFollow communication procedures, guidelines, and policiesEmail with clients to verify information or for escalationRecommend operational adjustments to client by observing trends and analyzing customer insights
Your profile:Experience with social media and online reputation managementProficient English-Speaking Skills: MUST be able to speak and write nearly NATIVE EnglishProven customer support experience (writing being the highest priority)Experience with Google, Facebook and Yelp ReviewsExcellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practicesProficiency with gathering data in Google Sheets, reporting dashboards, and Google SlidesProficiency with analyzing data, identifying trends in the data, and building the reportsExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectivelyWilling to work in the weekend shiftCollege degree
