What you’ll be doing:
As the Senior Manager of Client Strategy & Analytics, you will be a pivotal figure in driving the success of our client services for key linear and digital streaming accounts. Your role encompasses analyzing video advertising data, developing deep insights into client goals and KPIs, and optimizing campaign performance. With your expertise, you will ensure that our client services operation runs efficiently, fostering strong relationships with clients and serving as a critical link between them, our network partners, vendors, and internal teams.
Client Services Leadership: Lead client services on several key accounts, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and support throughout the campaign lifecycle.
Data Analysis and Optimization: Analyze video advertising data to identify trends, communicate insights to clients, and recommend optimizations to enhance campaign performance.
Strategic Client Engagement: Develop a deep understanding of client goals and KPIs. Engage in strategic discussions with key stakeholders about marketing and business strategies.
Media Task Support: Assist with media-related tasks as necessary, including monitoring client performance, campaign delivery, and acting as the liaison between network partners, vendors, and internal teams.
Client Relationship Management: Establish strong client relationships, lead client meetings, and deliver impactful presentations across various platforms (phone, web, in-person).
Internal Collaboration: Facilitate communication between internal media and product teams to implement tailored marketing plans for each client.
Campaign Coordination: Coordinate all aspects of the client’s campaign, including creative development, media planning and execution, strategic optimization, budget assessment, and acquisition analysis.
Insightful Reporting: Analyze campaign data to provide clients with meaningful insights, results, and recommendations for future optimizations.

Requirements:
5+ years of work experience in a startup, internal strategy group, tech company, consultancy, or roles in marketing or finance; experience in a client service role is highly advantageous.
High level of comfort with quantitative concepts and a proven ability to troubleshoot data-related issues.
Demonstrated ability to understand, analyze, and communicate findings from data to clients in a clear and impactful manner.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly in client-facing materials and presentations.
Exceptional personal organization and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; SQL knowledge is a plus.
MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.

FLSA Classification: Exempt
The starting salary range for this role is $110,000 - $140,000. We also offer an incentive pay program (RevShare) comprising a monthly variable commission payment and a discretionary annual bonus. Starting salaries are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data.
