We're looking for a Strategy & Operations Manager to help us solve the toughest problems in our global fintech. Someone to roll up their sleeves and dive into every area of our business to help millions of customers worldwide.

As part of the Branch team, you'll be making sure our operations in Switzerland are compliant with local regulations and providing the best service to our customers.

What you’ll be doing

  • Acting as a key stakeholder in the day-to-day operations of our Swiss business

  • Building and optimising scalable processes to continue Revolut's hyper growth

  • Identifying key product, operational, licensing, and growth opportunities for Revolut

  • Searching for new features to provide a seamless customer experienceOverseeing on a day-to-day basis all the 1st line of defence functions of the Swiss business

  • Providing adequate oversight and accountability with respect to outsourced functions of the Swiss business

  • Executing scale operations and working with cross-functional teams (from Operations to Finance, Legal and Compliance, Marketing and Communications, etc.) in Lithuania, London, and our other global offices

  • Managing critical vendor relationships and building performance tracking systems

  • Developing strategic supply chain partnerships and negotiating commercial terms

  • Monitoring of country-specific risk incidents, conduct issues, and their resolution timelines and liaising with the relevant service owners, ensuring proper controls are placed

  • Running support organisations, managing relationships with critical stakeholders, and consistently hitting SLAs

  • Creating and maintaining MI for monitoring of growth metrics, risk incidents

  • Coordinating regulatory inspections, creating and providing necessary materials to facilitate

What you'll need

  • Top academic credentials from a leading university

  • 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally financial services or management consulting

  • Experience in managing risk, compliance, outsourcing operations

  • A solid track record of taking ownership and leading complex projects end to end

  • The skill to break complex problems into smaller ones

  • A natural curiosity and willingness to make an impact

Nice to have

  • Experience working with regulators

  • Experience with SQL, Python, R
