We are currently searching for a ServiceNow Analyst:

Responsibilities:

  • Capture business and user requirements as Stories and work with Platform Administrators to ensure delivery meets specifications.
  • Lead business process definition, re-engineering, improvement, and gap analysis for current and future states during workshops with stakeholders.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities, analyze options, and recommend solutions with detailed pros, cons, and risks.
  • Drive continuous process improvement through metrics, KPIs, dashboards, and role accountabilities.
  • Collaborate with Technical Consultants and ServiceNow Architects to design and implement technical strategies and solutions.
  • Work with Product Owner, Business Process Lead, Process Owner, and Test Manager to establish testing requirements.

Requirements:

  • 5 to 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst with expertise in the ServiceNow platform and product suites.
  • Experience in Agile Business Analysis methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
  • Strong skills in requirements gathering, gap analysis, and defining themes, epics, and stories.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to abstract information for various stakeholders, including customers, design partners, and core team members.
  • Proficient understanding of ITIL concepts and processes.
  • Strong documentation skills and expertise in BA techniques such as Wireframing, Prototyping, and Storyboarding.
  • In-depth knowledge of ITSM and CMDB domains; fair understanding of ITOM is a plus.
