Hours: 40 hours per week 

Location: Remote, ideally in South Wales

What you'll be doing:

  • Maintain excellent levels of communication with both the customer and suppliers throughout the customer journey. 

  • Develop, maintain and improve relations with customers to ensure that the Company's image, reputation and achievements are represented to maximum effect and ensure contractual KPI’s are achieved.

  • Work with colleagues to produce invoices, reports and ad-hoc data.

  • To identify process improvements to deliver sustainable waste and commercial solutions for our customers.

  • Record customer interactions on our Customer Relationship Management system.

  • Manage customer and internal complaints in a timely manner. 

  • Support the finance team with month end reporting to ensure accuracy.

  • Raising of orders for suppliers and dealing with post-collection queries, including invoice queries, non-conformances, certificates of disposal.

  • Good numeracy skills
