Job description

We are hiring Registration Specialist 🔎

The Registration Specialist is responsible for fulfilling documentation requirements from customer base that are related to compliance. This person will be asked to interact in a professional and thoughtful way with office staff of customers. They are adept at balancing professionalism and fun at all times
while being incredibly skilled at working with other departments. So, yeah, it’s a big deal, and we need someone super-dependable and super pleasant to be around.

What you will do:
• Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
• Respond to all account documentation requests in a timely fashion
• Proactively reach out to dealers to ensure dealer documentation compliance
• Upload documentation per agreed-upon channels with customers
• Communicate both internally and externally on needs and fulfillment
• Meet or exceed responsiveness expectations
• Keep ACV assigned sales staff informed of compliance changes
• Flexibility to tackle other documentation related projects as business needs dictate
• Other duties as assigned.

What will you need:

• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Administrative and/or customer service experience
• Be a reliable self-starter who is capable of thriving in an entrepreneurial environment.
• Demonstrated technology proficiency
• The ability to remain calm under tight deadlines
• Willingness to be persistent to obtain documents from buyers
• Team Player and adaptable.
• Excellent communication skills and organizational skills.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel
• The ability to balance both tact and candor

Physical/Mental Requirements
• Must be able to remain in a stationary position for 50% or more of the work day.
• Ability to use computer, including typing, navigating software applications, and using a mouse or
track pad
• Able to push, pull, lift, or move up to 20 lbs. as needed.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Written and oral communication ability
• Ability to communicate and effectively exchange information
• Ability to view and interpret information displayed on monitor(s), device screen(s), or physical
mediums
