What’s more, we’re achieving this in a company that we control, in an environment we’re co-creating, and a culture that’s uniquely ours. This is an exciting time to join us and help shape the future.

Your Role at Haleon

  • Act as a business partner for systems (ERP, CRM, EDI) and processes in logistics and Order-to-Cash (O2C).
  • Coordinate daily operations with logistics providers and internal stakeholders.
  • Oversee order processing, special campaign planning, and month-end closing activities
  • Execute and monitor the internal controls framework.
  • Lead or support W&D and O2C projects, including customs processes and documentation.
  • Drive continuous improvement, manage 3PL projects, and ensure compliance with Quality and Regulatory standards across the supply chain

What we expect from you

  • 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain (ideally in Logistics or O2C) within a regulated industry (Pharma/FMCH).
  • Strong skills in ERP/CRM (preferably SAP ERP and Salesforce CRM) and Microsoft Office.
  • Fluent in English with a good command of German.
  • Highly organized, ensuring timely and high-standard task completion.
  • Effective communicator and collaborator, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A people-oriented team player who fosters growth and development in others.
