The Starbucks Finance organization is currently seeking full-time candidates who will challenge the status quo and find new ways to grow our company. Through this two-year program, you will have the opportunity to support our retail operations, marketing, digital, technology, and supply chain organizations in a finance or accounting capacity. You will develop analytics and drive solutions that lead to our next chapter of growth.

Summary Of Key Responsibilities And Benefits
- Work with various internal customer groups such as retail operations, consumer products, and channel businesses to develop analytics and drive solutions for growth
- Create financial statements, assist with month-end and quarter-end close activities, and develop forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis for four distinct finance or accounting departments
- Share your development plans and get regular guidance from senior finance leadership
- Build relationships across the finance organization

- Financial acumen and ability to synthesize data into insights

Rotational Development Program Requirements
- Completion of undergraduate program prior to July 2025
- Active enrollment in an accredited undergraduate or Masters in Accounting program
- Preference for Finance, Accounting, or Economics majors
- Eligibility to work in the United States

- If you are working in CA, CO, IL, LA, ME, MA, NE, ND or RI, you will accrue vacation up to a maximum of 120 hours (190 in CA) for roles below director and 200 hours (316 in CA) for roles at director or above. For roles in other states, you will be granted vacation time starting at 120 hours annually for roles below director and 200 hours annually for roles director and above.
The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. At Starbucks, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
