Job Summary:  Coordinates the clinical aspects of the Generations program, ensuring high-quality care delivery and program development, while providing oversight and making clinical adjustments as needed
Essential Duties: 
• Perform all essential functions of a Generations Nurse Coach
• Provides Oversight and Direction of the Generations Program making adjustments when needed. 
• Act as primary point person for sales, marketing, IT, DnA other internal partners for Generations
• Coordinate the Generations Program training and education
• Serve as escalated member contact for questions and concerns
• Communicate issues to Clinical and Medical Directors. 
• Manage service recovery as needed.
• Manage client impacting issues and concerns
• Coordinate data for outcomes measurements


Minimum Qualifications
• Education- BSN or RN degree from an accredited college or university required
• Minimum three to five years clinical and/or medical management experience
• Active and unrestricted State or Multi-State RN License
• Strong background in palliative care, caregiving, case management preferred but not required.
• Certification in area(s) of   Geriatrics, Eldercare, Dementia  Care, Case Management  preferred but not required.
• Understanding of medical terminology to assist in locating appropriate care options
• Strong Communication skills and phone etiquette
• Strong ability to explain complex issues to employees/retirees
• Highly effective listening skills
• Strong problem solving/issues resolution skills
• Excellent customer service and customer resolution skills
• Organizational and administrative skills
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to work in a team environment

Mental and Physical Requirements
• This position is a remote position.  The employee will need to have a dedicated HIPPAA compliant workspace.  Have access to internet and router. 
• The nature of the work in this position is sedentary and the incumbent will be sitting most of the time 
• Essential physical functions of the job include grasping, pulling hand over hand, and repetitive motions to utilize general computer software/hardware continuously throughout the workday 
• Essential mental functions of this position include concentrating on tasks, reading information, and verbal/written communication to others continuously throughout the work
