About The Role

We are currently looking for a seasoned quality assurance engineer with significant experience with commercial-grade consumer-facing web apps that leverage Machine Learning tools and technologies. This is a technical leadership role, and you will work closely with our CTO to build an engaging and easy-to-use healthcare app using ReactJS, Firebase, Node.js, PostgreSQL, Speech-to-Text, LLM, Text-to-Speech, etc. It is an excellent opportunity to build the next generation of our app that will be used by millions of users all over the world.

What You’ll Do

Create QA department roadmap for both manual & automated testing including test plans, deployment checklists, and release notes
Perform quality assurance of both GUI and CLI-based AI/ML applications and automate them as much as possible
Perform load and stress testing of the application and the platform
Work closely with the product, engineering, ML, and clinical teams to help define product requirements and user stories
Work on the Quality Monitoring System needed for FDA compliance
Mentor junior team members

What You’ll Bring

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
5+ years of relevant industry experience doing quality assurance on commercial, consumer-facing Web apps and backend API's
Experience supporting ML engineers and data engineers in the robust QA of their work
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience as a technical lead, setting up automation-based testing from scratch
Experience with test planning, test design, and test reporting
Excellent coding skills in Python and experience with other high-level programming languages
Proficient in automation testing frameworks such as Selenium/Webdriver/TestNG and in building test harness
Experience automating testing GenAI apps is a big nice to have
