JOB DESCRIPTION:

 

Tasks:

Main duty - to assist Senior Executive Managers with administrative (calendar, travel, and visitor management) and PMO tasks (task tracking, reporting). Key responsibilities include:

  • Diary Management
  • Travel Management (travel booking, meeting coordination, travel expense report)
  • Proactive coordination and organization of meetings (internal, external, and international management meetings, workshops)
  • Coordination of monthly reports
  • Follow-up on tasks and open items
  • Processing of invoices

 

Your profile:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Relevant work experience 2-4 years
  • Proficient English
  • Great time-management ability to meet deadlines
  • Confident communication skills
  • Proactivity and self-direction
