Think Company is looking for a Product Owner with experience leading complex enterprise-scale product transformations.

Annual Salary: $104,040-$139,310
Working in an agile environment, you will be collaborating with senior business stakeholders, other product owners, researchers, designers, business analysts, and scrum teams to optimize your product. You will be responsible for defining product features, developing detailed requirements, and managing the end-to-end process to ensure features meet the necessary requirements before they are deployed.
Key Responsibilities
Own, run, and manage the execution of the product roadmap
Translate product roadmap into product backlog – manage, refine, and prioritize product backlog ensuring that the strategic intent of any solution that is developed meets both the user and business goals
Develop a deep understanding of existing product features, use cases, and user needs
Create alignment across stakeholders about the priority and impact of new features
Lead the planning, development, and implementation of new product features
Lead the launch and delivery of these key features, partnering with UX, research, engineering, and analytics teams to drive better outcomes for users
Iteratively develop features of the product that can improve over time and demonstrate proven value
Work in an Agile methodology, write product requirements, and ensure story readiness and acceptance criteria
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to create best practices that drive meaningful change to the user experience
Required Skills and Qualifications
4+ years of experience in building and launching complex enterprise-scale products
The ideal candidate is CSPO certified, with practical experience implementing and executing Agile principles with strong digital and technical skills
Demonstrated experience with facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency
Familiarity using design systems to accelerate product delivery and providing feedback to design system teams about new components
Demonstrated experience and deep understanding of user experience best practices
