Job description

Role Overview
As AMDT, we are at the forefront of transforming and digitizing the automated production landscape with our flagship product octoplant. By providing the largest manufacturers in the world with the leading data management solution for the OT, we help our customers safeguard their production shopfloorl, reduce downtime and achieve production output targets. 
 
We are now looking for a visionary Product Owner and strategic thinker to lead the evolution of our key product. You will further refine and drive the product vision with customers, and our product and development teams and take end-to-end ownership of the productization process. You act as the voice of the customer, discover and analyze current pain points, and develop solutions in collaboration with the technical teams for whom you prioritze and manage the product backlog. 
 
Your strategic acumen, combined with passion for Automated Production, solving the problems on the OT shopfloor, and building best in class software will catalyze our mission to continue delivering excellent solutions to our customers. 
Your Tasks
  • Craft and convey the strategic vision for our core OT data management solution, ensuring alignment with our customers' needs
  • Prioritize and manage the product backlog, emphasizing features that bring value to automated production processes
  • Work closely with product management and development teams to translate insights from automated production into compelling product features and enhancements
  • Foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders to validate product strategies and incorporate user feedback
  • Leverage your experience and knowledge in Automated Production and the OT to continuously increase the value our customers receive
  • Stay abreast of trends and technologies in the automated production sector to inform product innovation
Your Profile
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Sciences, Economics, Business, or a related field; Master’s or PhD degree is preferable
  • At least 3-5 years of experience as a Product Owner/ Product Manager
  • Interest and ideally experience in Automated Production and OT environment
  • Both technical prowess and business acumen to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders across all levels
  • Proficient in agile methodologies with relevant certification or experience
  • Data driven personality, i.e.: measure and analyze key performance indicators related to the product and progress
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
