This is a remote position, and it reports to our Payroll Services Manager.

Key objectives of positions:
  • Advanced utilization of ADP Workforce Now, and/or Rippling payroll technology platforms
  • Learn and become an advanced user of our custom SalesForce CRM technology
  • Execute and manage the entire payroll process for your assigned clients while achieving quality of service ratings of 9+ on your customer survey scores
  • Accurately and efficiently process various Payroll administration tasks for our clients in a timely manner
  • Build strong relationships with your client contacts and colleagues based on mutual trust and respect and a shared desire to achieve excellent results

  • Requirements for this position
  • This position requires someone who enjoys working with numbers and doesn't mind the pressure of managing payroll for numerous clients. The ideal candidate will have experience working with multi-client payrolls and payroll technology. A college degree is preferred, but not required. What is required is a commitment to doing quality work and a strong desire to excel in all of your endeavors
  • This position will be remote.
