Who you are:
You’ll join our 7-person Marketing team as a passionate Digital Media Designer and play a vital role in shaping our brand’s visual identity across various (mainly digital) media. With your strong marketing sense and creative mindset, you’ll develop impactful performance ad creatives, edit engaging videos for social media, and design conversion-focused landing pages and the visual presentation of our product and features in Marketing.
Purpose of the role

In this role, you'll take full responsibility for an outstanding visual presentation of our brand and product in Marketing from day one. You’ll turn your ideas into reality and contribute to our marketing success. That will include:

  • Development and implementation of the design language and corporate identity and align it with our UI/UX designers in the product team.

  • Iterative further development of the website through targeted A/B testing and conversion design concepts

  • Ongoing creation and optimization of performance creatives for various advertising networks (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok,...)

  • Visual presentation of our product and features in all areas (website, social media, newsletter, sales materials, merch,...)

  • Cutting and design of videos (reels, shorts, Youtube, webinars) and statics for our social media channels

  • Coordination with the entire team for consistent visual communication in all areas

  • Solid understanding of our target audience and platforms, with the ability to design content that captures user attention

  • Several years of professional experience as a designer with a strong focus on online media, marketing and brand design 

  • Awareness of current online design trends and effective use of static, animated, and video content

  • Ability to prioritize, manage projects efficiently and drive them forward with ownership, reliability and decisiveness

  • You are seeking to collaborate and proactively contribute your expertise to achieve team goals

  • Excellent German and English language skills. If your German isn’t fluent, we unfortunately can’t move forward with your application for this role.

  • An open and positive personality with good communication skills, creativity and data-driven decision making


Nice-to-haves:

  • Affinity for Social Media Marketing, SaaS, B2B Marketing

  • Experience and interest in organic/paid social media content, video production, and post-production

  • Knowledge of tools like Swat.io, Figma, Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, or similar, and an eagerness to learn more

  • Experience with agile, project-based work that motivates you and showcases your team player skills

Our stack/How we work:
  • We use various tools daily to support our Marketing team's diverse roles, including Notion, Slack, Linear, Google Suite, Figma, Veed.io, and CapCut, among others. Depending on requirements, special tools are used for each area. 

  • We coordinate in weekly team meetings and work on daily tasks and projects. Quick updates are usually handled via Slack, while more comprehensive topics are discussed in video calls. If needed, we can hold brainstorming sessions and workshops in person at the office.
