Cleanslate provides premium cleaning products for sectors like hospitality and healthcare, ensuring safe, sanitary spaces for clients and customers. With a focus on innovation and reliability, we are expanding rapidly and seek a highly experienced Vice President of Sales to spearhead our sales strategy and execution. This role will shape and drive our market presence, leading the sales department to achieve aggressive growth and ensuring client satisfaction across high-demand industries.

Position Overview
The Vice President of Sales will manage and grow our sales operations, overseeing all revenue-generating activities and ensuring sustained growth. This is a hands-on, leadership-intensive role where the VP will design and implement sales strategies, manage performance metrics, oversee account management, and lead a team of professionals. Success in this position means establishing CleanSlate as a trusted provider to major clients, strengthening our market share, and building an exceptional team of sales talent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team. This includes training, providing strategic guidance, and fostering a results-oriented culture that aligns with Cleanslate’s goals.
  • Design, implement, and refine sales strategies that address key sectors such as hospitality and healthcare, where Cleanslate’s products have significant growth potential. Ensure alignment with the company’s growth targets.
  • Drive all revenue-focused activities, ensuring consistent and significant growth by setting and managing performance metrics for the team, tracking success against monthly and annual targets.
  • Develop and sustain strong relationships with purchasing directors and decision-makers in target industries. Collaborate on solutions that meet their specific needs and ensure long-term engagement.
  • Provide in-depth, data-driven reports on sales performance, trends, team productivity, and revenue forecasts to executive leadership. This analysis is key for adjusting sales strategies to market demands.
  • Identify new market opportunities and lead expansion efforts, ensuring Cleanslate is well-positioned to capture demand across various industries that require large-scale cleaning solutions.
  • Continuously improve sales processes, tools, and team workflows to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness, leveraging CRM systems and sales software to enhance performance tracking and reporting.

Requirements

  • At least 10 years in senior sales positions, particularly within B2B environments where sales cycles are complex and volume-based.
  • A demonstrated record of building and managing high-performing sales teams with a focus on development and motivation. Experience in managing remote and onsite teams is an asset.
  • Strong ability to develop and execute sales strategies based on comprehensive market analysis and performance data, with an adaptable approach to evolving business needs.
  • Able to convey complex strategies and goals clearly to both the team and executive leadership. Skilled in client relationship management and presenting Cleanslate’s value proposition persuasively.
  • Advanced skills in using CRM systems and sales software for streamlined operations, robust tracking, and insightful reporting.
  • Background in industries such as hospitality, healthcare, or other sectors requiring high-volume cleaning products is highly desirable.

What we Offer:

  • Base salary of $175,000 annually.
