As the Country Marketing Lead for UK & Ireland , you will be at the forefront of some exciting evolutions on top of running our existing product lines - Can-Am ATV, SSV and Sea-Doo PWC.
Can-Am, a leading off-road brand known for its high-performance ATVs and Side-By-Side vehicles, aims to provide farmers and professionals with top-notch equipment. Additionally, Can-Am Motorcycles is re-entering the market with a revolutionary line of electric models, intending to disrupt and redefine two-wheeled mobility.
For this, we seek a passionate marketer with a customer-centric mindset and expertise in deploying consumer engagement strategies and activating local marketing initiatives.
Reporting to the Regional Commercial Manager for UK & Ireland, this role involves collaboration with various stakeholders within the regional organization and external agency partners.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Go-to-Market planning and execution: develop and implement a local annual Go-To-Market plan supporting the regional strategic priorities and the achievement of the sales and profitability targets ofr Can-Am offroad and Sea-Doo.
- Develop and implement annual plans.
- Lead trade shows, events, demo days, website updates, and CRM campaigns.
- Measure and report results, manage marketing budget.
- Dealer Marketing: advise and support the network in building and executing local action plan enhancing consumer experience at dealership and driving retail
- Support dealers with local marketing plans.
- Implement corporate marketing actions.
- Assist dealers in digital transformation.
- Content Marketing & Public Relations: maximize brand visibility through earned media tactics
- Create and share locally relevant content.
- Maintain media relationships and manage PR activities.
YOUR COMPETENCIES TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THE ROLE
- Business acumen with field marketing experience.
- Results-oriented, pragmatic, and accountable.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a matrix structure.
Your Profile And Experience
- Bachelor in Marketing, Business Administration or similar
- Around 3-5 years of experience in Marketing
- Experience in the Utility/ Agriculture business is preferred
- Knowledge of digital marketing is a plus
- Affinity with the powersport and motorcycle industries is a plus
The role is home office-based in the UK with regular travel in the UK and Ireland as well as occasional travel to EMEA HQ (Switzerland). Travel can go up to 20% of the time depending on seasonality.
