As a senior instructional designer, you’ll manage design projects for the Claims organization. In this role, you’ll coordinate these projects from initiation to implementation following defined instructional design standards and accessibility guidelines. You’ll also use aligned design and development tools to design, develop, and measure courses to support Claims learning initiatives.

This is a remote position with occasional travel to an office for a meeting and/or training. If you are interested, you’ll also have the option to work a hybrid or full-time office schedule depending on your location.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Identifies the best delivery method for the defined learning need.
  • Parses complex content and concepts into easier to understand sections.
  • Develops blended learning solutions (formal or informal, classroom or online, etc.)
  • Distributes draft course materials and solicits feedback, revises materials accordingly.

Must-have Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/GED equivalent or higher and a minimum of five years instructional design/development, teaching/training delivery, web design experience or responsibilities that involve performance improvement initiatives. - {OR}
  • Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of two years instructional design/development, teaching/training delivery, web design experience or responsibilities that involve performance improvement initiatives.

Preferred Skills

  • Strong understanding of Articulate 360 experience
  • Two or more years professional instructional design experience
  • Experience with ELearning Brothers Lectora authoring tool

Compensation

  • $63,800 - $85,000/year
  • Gainshare annual incentive payment up to 24% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
