In this role, you will be at the forefront of driving metering and settlement operations, ensuring all processes are executed while meeting regulatory standards.
You will bring your expertise to metering fault resolution, keeping the customer experience key and enhancing settlement performance. You’ll take charge of installing and maintaining Smart Meter Devices, manage impactful projects, and dive deep into data analysis to uncover trends and drive improvements.
Collaborating with internal teams, industry stakeholders, and customers, you’ll build strong relationships and ensure all work is completed on time and within KPIs. Plus, you’ll have the chance to engage with important projects like MHHS, providing insights and shaping the future of energy.
Please note this is a fixed term role until 28/11/2025.
What skills/experience do I need to be successful?
- Knowledge of the UK Energy Industry;
- Excellent communication skills across all forms of technology;
- Knowledge of NPS score & Metrics;
- Working as part of a team to delivery against targets;
- Delivering High Levels of Customer Service.
