Job description

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support the daily operations  of our chiropractic clinic and online programs. This role is vital in ensuring smooth communication with patients, managing online platforms, and providing general 
administrative support. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong organizational skills, experience in virtual assistance, and a passion for health and wellness.

The main responsibilities of a Chiropractic Virtual Assistant include:

Responsibilities:
• Clinic Management tools :
• Assist in creating procedure manuals for the clinic so training other staff and next 
VA is easy
• Online Program Management:
• Assist with the management of our online chiropractic programs, including 
scheduling webinars and updating course materials.
• Monitor engagement on online platforms and provide support to users when 
needed. Assisting in organising in person events, tickets and more.
• Social Media and Content Support:
• Help manage and schedule content for our clinic’s social media accounts 
(Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social platforms to foster 
community engagement.
• Assist in monitoring trends and metrics for continuous improvement.
• Website and CRM Support:
• Update and maintain the clinic’s website with accurate and timely information.
• Input and manage patient data in our CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and 
confidentiality.
• General Administrative Tasks:
• Assist with managing emails, organizing documents, and coordinating team 
meetings.
• Handle billing inquiries and support clinic staff with day-to-day administrative 
tasks.
