Job description

VirtueStaff is looking for a dynamic and organized Executive Assistant/Virtual Assistant to join our team. This dual role will support both executive-level functions and virtual assistance tasks, offering a unique opportunity to work closely with our clients while helping manage day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills along with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.


Responsibilities
  • Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
  • Handle correspondence and communications with professionalism and discretion
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation
  • Conduct research and compile data for projects and executive decision-making
  • Oversee project timelines, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule
  • Maintain organized records and files, both digitally and physically
  • Provide general virtual assistance, including administrative duties as needed
  • Support social media management and content creation where appropriate

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or in a similar role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer service mindset
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
  • Knowledge of project management tools and CRM systems is a plus
