Position Overview

The Alliance Partnership Manager is a key player in driving the growth of ActiveProspect's home services partnerships program. This role focuses on managing, nurturing, and expanding relationships with strategic partners to enhance business development, particularly in the home services industry. You will be responsible for building new partnerships and ensuring existing ones thrive by strategically engaging partners and providing them with the tools and support needed to succeed.

Your role is essential in fostering long-term, productive relationships with both new and existing partners, ensuring alignment with our business objectives, and delivering mutual value through seamless collaboration and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, Recruit, and Onboard New Alliance Partners
    Build strong relationships with prospective partners in the home services industry, including contractors, service providers, and other key stakeholders, to expand our network and drive growth. Onboard new partners by aligning them with ActiveProspect's goals and product offerings.
  • Develop and Execute Partnership Strategies
    Create and implement tailored engagement strategies to demonstrate the value of partnering with ActiveProspect. Customize partnership plans to address the unique needs of the home services sector, highlighting how our solutions can enhance customer acquisition for partners client and end installers
  • Manage and Nurture Existing Partnerships
    Oversee ongoing relationships with current home service partners to ensure they are motivated, productive, and aligned with ActiveProspect's business objectives. Actively work to expand opportunities within these partnerships to ensure mutual success.
  • Conduct Regular Partner Reviews
    Host periodic meetings and performance reviews with partners, providing feedback, assessing performance, and identifying new growth opportunities. Ensure that partners are leveraging the tools and resources needed to drive success in the home services market.
  • Strengthen Stakeholder Relationships
    Build strong connections with key decision-makers within partner organizations, including executives, sales leaders, and technical teams. Ensure alignment between partner goals and ActiveProspect’s offerings.
  • Serve as the Main Point of Contact
    Act as the primary contact for home services partners, addressing any issues, concerns, or opportunities promptly and professionally. Ensure effective communication and swift resolution of challenges.
  • Collaborate Across Internal Teams
    Work closely with internal teams such as sales, marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure partners have the resources, training, and product information needed to succeed within the home services vertical.
  • Provide Training and Support
    Deliver training, marketing collateral, product updates, and best practices to partners to enable them to sell and support ActiveProspect solutions. Ensure partners are equipped with the necessary knowledge to drive business success in the home services industry.
  • Monitor Partner Performance
    Track, analyze, and report on partner performance metrics, including lead generation effectiveness and revenue growth. Identify trends, areas for improvement, and actionable insights that can optimize partner success.
  • Report to Senior Management
    Prepare and present regular reports to senior leadership on the status of partnerships, including achievements, challenges, and key performance indicators.
  • Stay Informed on Industry Trends
    Keep up to date with the latest trends, technologies, and competitive dynamics within the home services and lead generation markets. Leverage this knowledge to inform partnership strategies and identify new opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in partner management or business development, preferably within the home services or lead generation space
  • Strong understanding of the home services industry and its unique challenges and opportunities
  • Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to think strategically and execute on partnership initiatives to drive business growth
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience collaborating with internal teams to ensure partner success
  • Data-driven, with the ability to analyze partner performance and develop actionable insights
