We are looking for people to act as a Support Analyst, having direct contact with an international client and who are connected with the digital transformation, who like to share and learn new technologies, contributing to CI&T and the community, who have a cultural “match” with us, respecting differences, working with collaboration and teamwork.
Requisitos para este desafio:
Solid experience with ITSM / ITIL;
Experience with level 2 (L2) support, investigation, analysis and interpretation of logs, detailing and troubleshooting (troubleshooting) for the production of complex technical solutions, composed of several components, from different suppliers and that communicate with different types of integrations (services, queues, files);
Experience with using and creating scripts and service processes;
Flexibility to work in scenarios with critical systems for the customer;
Ease of communication;
English for reading and writing, being able to maintain communication with native speakers;
Availability to work in shifted hours (typically 10:00AM - 7:00PM Brazilian time)
Diferenciais:
Fluent English;
Intermediate or fluent Spanish;
Experience with control tools (ServiceNow, etc);
Experience with non-relational databases (Couchbase, MongoDB, etc);
Experience with cloud systems (Azure).
