Position: Senior Client Success Manager, Primary and Specialty Physician Services
Reports to: Client Success Director, Primary and Specialty Physician Services
FLSA Status: Full time, Exempt
Salary: $58,656 - $80,000

Summary/Objective:
The Senior Client Success Manager, Primary and Specialty Physician Service Group will be responsible for managing and communicating the revenue cycle activities and performance for our client practices to ensure a successful client experience. Senior Client Success Managers will focus on partnering with the client practices to understand their goals, challenges and key practice drivers. Activities will include establishing and maintaining client relationships that focus on KPI’s, managing effective ongoing communication with practices to identify and address business needs, provide guidance and timely responses to practice questions and requests and to conduct regular meetings with the practices.

Identifying areas of improvements to documentation, workflow, and revenue cycle management process by taking initiative and utilizing effective problem-solving skills
Facilitate client transition from implementation to client success team
Analyze trends to isolate problematic billing issues requiring improvement
Review and assess quality trends of staff performance
Identify and implement continued education for Client Success Managers
Conduct monthly meetings with Client practices
Manage and conduct staffing reviews and manage staff time and attendance
Present reports to the leadership team
Manage and oversee practice key performance indicators (KPIs)
Communicate client’s RCM health on a regular basis
Performs additional projects and job duties as assigned

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Physical Demands
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as necessary.

Required Education and Experience
High School or Equivalent
3-5 years of revenue cycle management related experience
Proven track record with KPI development and implementation
Extensive knowledge of medical billing/coding, front office procedures and revenue cycle management
Strong understanding of various insurance carriers
Exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Excellent presentation skills
Professional demeanor required
