Job description

This is a remote position.

Scope:

  • Target a list of approximately 100 companies, with potential for expansion
  • Work within specified time zones, likely aligning with Central Time
  • Achieve weekly and monthly targets for appointments set and leads generated
  • Collaborate with the internal team to refine scripts and improve conversion rates
  • Adapt to potential future expansion of responsibilities or hours
  • With performance-based incentives
  • Monday to Friday, flexible 4 hours a day within 8am to 5pm Central but needs to avoid 12pm to 1pm

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients in the auto trucking and construction industries
  • Inquire about current mechanical and fleet service providers
  • Introduce our company’s services and special offers for new customers
  • Set appointments for services such as safety checks and oil changes
  • Qualify leads and gather relevant information for the sales team
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, appointments, and follow-ups
  • Switch between different company scripts as needed

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Previous experience in cold calling or appointment setting, preferably in a related industry
  • Ability to work part-time, potentially 4 hours per day, 5 days a week
  • Strong listening skills and ability to overcome objections
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and persistence
