Job description

This is a remote position.

Work Schedule:


  • Monday-Friday 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Eastern Time with 1 hour unpaid lunch break

  • Ideally 1-hour shift on Sat and Sun each, but can be flexible.

Responsibilities:

  • Primary focus on LinkedIn management (75% of workload)

  • Secondary focus on research and content creation (25% of workload)

  • Manage and grow a professional LinkedIn account, focusing on increasing follower count and engagement

  • Create and curate content based on provided ideas and industry trends

  • Actively engage with the LinkedIn community through comments, likes, and direct messages

  • Conduct research and compile information for newsletters and posts

  • Create basic graphics using Canva to accompany LinkedIn posts

  • Aggregate news articles and draft newsletters

  • Assist with miscellaneous research tasks as needed



Requirements


  • Proven experience in managing professional social media accounts, particularly LinkedIn

  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn’s algorithm and best practices for content engagement

  • Excellent written communication skills in English

  • Proficiency in using Canva for creating simple graphics

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

  • Familiarity with social media scheduling tools

  • Basic understanding of data analysis for tracking account growth and engagement
