The Global Talent Management Specialist will drive the success of various talent management processes and/or programs by coordinating and completing tasks to ensure projects are completed on time and with high quality.

Summary of Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate key talent management projects such as employee engagement surveys, succession planning, performance management, employee assessments, etc.

  • Develop and maintain several project plans and timelines at once, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget

  • Organize and document talent management processes and lessons learned to ensure efficiency and effectiveness

  • Collaborate and communicate with stakeholders to ensure needs are met

  • Facilitate team communication and collaboration by attending & setting up team meetings

  • Develop training, presentations and communication materials with the guidance of the Manager

  • Attend, schedule and organize meetings; create and distribute agendas, meeting notes and action items

  • Occasionally assists to train employees on new processes or procedures and all other duties as needed or assigned

Qualifications (Minimum Required):

  • Bachelor’s degree: Fortrea may consider relevant and equivalent experience in lieu of educational requirements

  • Professional working-level English

  • Ability to develop and maintain project plans with minimal supervision

  • Good verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Motivation and ability to learn quickly

  • Ability to work on a global team

  • Computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and Power Point)

Experience (Minimum Required): 

  • Minimum 5 years working experience including 2+ years of experience managing multiple medium-high complexity projects at once
