About the role
We are looking for a Data analyst Power BI for our growing team!
Machine learning, data science, AI, agility, user experience (UX), software developers, design thinking: we're an innovation lab. Together, we're transforming the customer experience of millions of people across the country.
The person will act as a Data Analyst, Power BI within the Data Laboratory team, and work closely with data science teams in our Data Lab. Thanks to his or her expertise, curiosity and proactivity, he or she will contribute to achieving the Lab's objectives by developing dashboards for monitoring our call center's performance, using data from machine learning models.
What you'll do:
Act as a specialist in dashboard development and data channelling, using tools such as Power BI (desktop and cloud), Power Query, Power Automate, SQL and basic Python.
Develop, produce and visualize data from multiple sources.
Make improvements and optimizations to dashboards on a regular basis, taking into account the needs of internal customers.
Define, format and validate new data sources that could benefit internal customers.
Ensure the quality of data implementation.
Collaborate with different internal teams to ensure a common source of truth for data presented in dashboards.
Respond to ad hoc data requests.
Collaborate with data scientists to maintain and improve their Power BI dashboards and pipelines of data used by these dashboards.
What you need:
3 to 5 years' experience in a data analysis role.
Passionate about digital, data and dashboarding.
Proficiency in Power BI, using DAX and Power Query.
Advanced knowledge of SQL.
Basic knowledge of Python.
Knowledge of Airflow and Snowflake - an asset.
Ability to manage large volumes of data, cleanse it, integrate it into a dashboard and create the appropriate visualization.
Establish automated refreshes and processes wherever possible.
Extremely strategic and creative in the integration and use of data.
Analytical, autonomous, organized and solution-oriented.
Ability to present innovative solutions for data integration and process optimization.
For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English speaking colleagues across the country.
No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
