Job Description
We are looking for a mission-driven, detail-oriented recent graduate to immediately add value to the Central Operations team at Curana Health. The ideal candidate operates well in ambiguity, seeks opportunities to continuously improve his or her toolkit, and is passionate about helping deliver more efficient and effective care to those who need it most. This position will report directly to the Director of Operations and will work closely with interdepartmental teams to solve some of the organization’s most complex and pressing needs. The relationship and expectations of this oversight is outlined in a document signed by both parties known as a collaborative (or in some circumstances, supervisory) practice agreement. For this document supervisory agreements will be included in the term collaborative practice agreement (CPA). The Operations analyst will have accountabilities for managing these collaborative practice agreements and other regulatory requirements surrounding collaborative practice oversight. This includes, but is not limited to, ensuring all collaborative agreement documents are signed by respective parties and stored for easy accessibility, ensuring adherence to the rules and regulations of each state such as not exceeding limits of the number of collaborative practice agreements a physician may enter and ensuring the parties are within acceptable geographic locations, ensuring required filings with states are completed, circulating annual attestations to Curana providers, ensuring renewal of CPAs annually in states where required and similar activities with any contracted physician providing collaborative oversight to a Curana nurse practitioner or physician assistant. This individual will coordinate regular meetings with regional leadership teams, recruiting, business development and others to ensure Curana is in compliance with state rules and regulations and business needs are met. This is an incredible opportunity to contribute to Curana’s mission of improving the health, happiness, and dignity of senior living residents while developing critical project and people management skills.
