About this Opportunity:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Channel Partner GTM Representative to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales through partnerships with resellers, distributors, and other channel partners. You will work closely with our partners to understand their needs, provide product training, and develop strategies to maximize revenue.

What's on Your Plate:
  • Partner Business Development: Cold activity to prospect, uncover selling events and opportunities, gaining access to a larger selling network within respective channel partnerships to drive high volume demo activity and scale faster. You will act as a primary point of contact (within a defined territory) to deliver, educate, and support the execution of GTM across all onboarded channel partners and reseller network to expand Popmenu’s market reach. Work closely with leadership to identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners as needed.  
  • Sales/Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with channel partners to blueprint their sales structure, customer base, to deploy sales strategies and promotional initiatives to generate optimal lead flow. Lead distribution and oversight of rep coverage for proper “speed to lead” and accelerating deal cycle. Participate in demos with partners including resellers. Liaise and work closely with channel marketing and channel ops team to ensure continuous communication and promotions with partners and resellers. 
  • Performance Monitoring: Track partner KPIs, share success/social proof from deals won within channel, and provide regular feedback to help them achieve sales targets. 
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, share thought leadership, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.   
  • RelationshipManagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, acting as their main point of contact. 
  • Reporting: Prepare and present daily activity updates, weekly sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to senior management. 


  • What You Bring to the Table:
  • 2+ years of experience selling into channel or partner management, preferably in the SaaS or tech industry.  
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a previous B2B Sales role required. 
  • Strong communication and influential interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders, and at all levels of an organization. 
  • Demonstrated critical thinking, ability to work independently, and collaboratively within a team. 
  • Proficiency in CRM software & reporting such as Salesforce, fluent use of Sales Loft is preferred, and experience with Microsoft Office Suite is required. 
  • Passion for technology and understanding of the restaurant industry is a plus.
